AI Usage Policy
This policy explains that Crewfinder AI features are assistive suggestions only and that users remain responsible for verifying decisions made from those outputs.
1. AI is assistive, not authoritative
Crewfinder may provide AI-assisted suggestions, summaries, rankings, matching prompts, scheduling hints, or other recommendation features to help users move faster through hiring workflows.
These outputs are suggestions only. They are not guaranteed to be correct, complete, lawful, or suitable for a specific hiring, staffing, venue, or supplier decision.
2. User verification duty
Users must verify profiles, qualifications, pricing, scheduling details, legal obligations, safety requirements, and commercial decisions before relying on AI-assisted outputs.
3. No liability for AI-led decisions
Crewfinder is not liable for hiring choices, bookings, staffing changes, venue choices, supplier choices, payments, scheduling mistakes, or other outcomes that result from users relying on AI suggestions.
4. Platform integrity
Crewfinder may limit, revise, suspend, or remove AI-assisted features where needed for safety, quality, platform integrity, or compliance reasons.
