Company Terms
These terms confirm that companies remain responsible for hiring, direct engagements, payment, labour and safety compliance, and truthful use of the Crewfinder marketplace.
1. Company responsibility for hiring
Companies use Crewfinder to discover freelancers and manage parts of the hiring workflow, but all hiring decisions remain the company’s responsibility.
Crewfinder does not employ crew on your behalf, does not allocate labour to you, and does not manage the working relationship after parties decide to engage.
2. Direct engagements and payment
Bookings, engagements, day calls, projects, and work terms are direct arrangements between the company and the worker or supplier.
Payment responsibility remains with the company and the engaged party. Crewfinder does not guarantee payment, freelancer availability, show outcomes, or successful completion of work.
3. Legal, labour, and safety compliance
Companies are responsible for lawful hiring practices, site safety, worker treatment, compliance with labour and tax rules, permit requirements, insurance decisions, and any contractual documentation needed for a job.
4. Listing accuracy and fair use
Job posts, call details, dates, rates, responsibilities, company identity, and hiring authority must be accurate and not misleading.
- Do not post fake jobs, speculative bait listings, or fraudulent payment promises.
- Do not misrepresent budget, location, role scope, or decision-making authority.
- Do not use Crewfinder to avoid lawful obligations owed to workers or suppliers.
5. Enforcement consequences
Non-payment patterns, abusive conduct, fraudulent listings, fake companies, or repeated misuse can result in investigation, content removal, account limits, suspension, or platform removal.
