Venue Terms
These terms explain that venues remain responsible for truthful listings, lawful venue operations, direct bookings, and compliance with safety and licensing obligations.
1. Venue listing accuracy
Venue operators must keep venue listings, photos, technical details, availability indications, contact channels, and commercial information reasonably accurate and current.
2. Safety, licensing, and compliance
Venues are responsible for their own licensing, occupancy rules, safety measures, accessibility disclosures, insurance decisions, staffing, and compliance with applicable venue, event, and public safety laws.
3. Direct bookings and engagements
Any booking, hire, technical engagement, or venue-use arrangement made through Crewfinder is a direct agreement between the venue and the other party involved.
Crewfinder is not the booking agent, event manager, landlord, insurer, or guarantor of venue performance, attendance, or booking outcomes.
4. Venue operator responsibilities
- Provide truthful information about venue capacity, facilities, restrictions, and technical capabilities.
- Communicate clearly about booking conditions, access limits, and required permits or approvals.
- Maintain lawful and safe operations for the venue and any event activity under your control.
5. Liability and misuse
Crewfinder is not liable for venue quality, incidents on site, failed events, cancellations, damages, or disputes arising from direct venue arrangements. Fraudulent venue listings, unsafe conduct, or repeated abuse may lead to platform enforcement.
