Subscription & Billing Terms

Crewfinder may offer paid plans, add-ons, or account-level feature upgrades for some users or account types. Plan access may control visibility, workflow tools, team features, messaging privileges, or other marketplace functionality.

Plan availability, prices, and entitlements may change over time. Platform access is always subject to the current plan rules and any moderation or policy actions that apply to your account.

Unless Crewfinder states otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew on the recurring billing cycle shown when the plan is purchased. By starting a paid subscription, you authorise Crewfinder or its payment processor to charge the applicable recurring amount using your selected payment method.

You can cancel a paid plan from the billing area or through the cancellation method Crewfinder makes available. Cancellation stops future renewals, but your current paid period will usually continue until the end of the active billing cycle unless Crewfinder states otherwise.

If a payment fails, Crewfinder may retry the charge, place the subscription into a grace state, downgrade plan access, suspend paid features, or restrict account actions until payment is resolved.

Except where required by law or where Crewfinder expressly agrees otherwise, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Refund decisions may consider duplicate charges, proven billing errors, legal obligations, or exceptional account issues reviewed by Crewfinder.

Crewfinder may change plan pricing, packaging, or included features. When changes affect an active subscription, Crewfinder will provide reasonable notice before the new price applies to a future billing cycle.

Crewfinder subscriptions pay for access to platform features only. Crewfinder does not manage, guarantee, hold, release, or insure payments between users for freelance work, services, rentals, or bookings arranged through the marketplace.

All user-to-user payment terms remain the direct responsibility of the users entering into that engagement.
