Enforcement Policy
This policy explains Crewfinder’s authority to investigate and act against fraud, abuse, harassment, illegal activity, and other conduct that harms marketplace integrity.

1. Platform integrity authority
Crewfinder may investigate and act on conduct that threatens user safety, trust, marketplace integrity, or lawful platform operations.
2. Conduct that may trigger enforcement
- Fraud, fake identities, impersonation, or deliberate misrepresentation.
- Harassment, threats, abuse, discrimination, or unsafe conduct.
- Spam, scam attempts, phishing, or unlawful use of platform tools.
- Fake jobs, fake services, fake venues, or knowingly misleading listings.
- Repeated platform abuse, non-compliance, or attempts to evade restrictions.
3. Possible actions
Enforcement actions may include content removal, warning notices, visibility limits, messaging restrictions, legal acceptance re-prompts, suspension, or permanent account removal.
4. Platform decisions
Crewfinder may make platform decisions based on available evidence, risk signals, user reports, or operational needs. Those decisions may be final for platform operations even when they do not determine legal liability between users.
