This disclaimer states that Crewfinder provides no insurance and that users remain responsible for managing production risk, safety, equipment exposure, and their own cover.

1. No Crewfinder insurance
Crewfinder does not provide insurance for productions, venues, freelancers, companies, service providers, crew, gear, transport, public liability, or any other event-related risk unless it expressly says so in writing.
2. User-managed risk
Users are responsible for assessing and managing their own operational, legal, commercial, and physical risk, including insurance decisions, site safety, equipment handling, transport, and crew welfare.
3. No liability for production incidents
- Crewfinder is not liable for physical production risk, unsafe sites, or event incidents.
- Crewfinder is not liable for injury, illness, loss of earnings, or harm suffered during direct user engagements.
- Crewfinder is not liable for equipment damage, theft, breakage, transport loss, or venue-related operational damage.
