Escalation & Incident Policy
This policy explains how users can report abuse or incidents, how Crewfinder may respond for platform integrity, and why emergencies must be escalated to real-world authorities first.
1. Reporting abuse and incidents
Users may report fraud, abuse, harassment, impersonation, platform misuse, trust concerns, and other safety or integrity issues through Crewfinder support or platform reporting channels where available.
2. Platform response
Crewfinder may review reports, gather platform evidence, limit certain actions, suspend users, remove content, or take other internal steps where necessary for platform integrity. Crewfinder is not obligated to act on every report in a specific way or timeframe.
3. Emergencies and real-world danger
If there is an emergency, immediate physical danger, criminal conduct in progress, or urgent medical/safety risk, users must contact emergency services, venue security, site management, or local authorities directly rather than relying on Crewfinder as an emergency response channel.
