API Terms of Use
These terms explain permitted API use, restrictions on scraping and resale, Crewfinder’s right to rate limit or revoke access, and how future integrations are governed.
1. Permitted API use
Crewfinder APIs may be used only for lawful platform functionality, approved integrations, internal product use, and other access paths that Crewfinder explicitly supports.
2. Prohibited behaviour
- Do not scrape, bulk-harvest, or mirror platform data outside allowed API behaviour.
- Do not use the API to bypass permissions, rate controls, entitlements, or visibility rules.
- Do not resell, republish, or commercially exploit Crewfinder data without express authorisation.
3. Platform protections
Crewfinder may apply rate limits, authentication requirements, request validation, logging, abuse controls, and endpoint restrictions to protect platform performance and user data.
Crewfinder may change, pause, or revoke API access where necessary for security, compliance, service stability, or product maintenance.
4. Future integrations
These terms also apply to future external integrations, partner access, and machine-to-machine usage unless a separate written integration agreement says otherwise.
