Dispute Resolution Policy
This policy explains that most disputes on Crewfinder remain between users directly, while Crewfinder may still review reports for platform integrity and enforcement purposes.
1. Direct-user disputes
Because Crewfinder is a marketplace platform and not the contracting party, most disputes about work, bookings, services, venues, payments, cancellations, quality, conduct, or delivery are disputes between users directly.
2. Platform reports
Crewfinder may review complaints, reports, or supporting evidence where misuse of the platform or risk to marketplace integrity is alleged.
Crewfinder is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, collect money, or force a commercial resolution between users.
3. Records and evidence
Users should keep their own contracts, messages, invoices, call sheets, booking records, and evidence needed to support any dispute they raise outside or inside the platform.
4. Abuse and repeat misconduct
Repeated fraud, abuse, harassment, fake bookings, chronic non-payment complaints, or other harmful conduct may still trigger platform enforcement even where Crewfinder does not resolve the underlying commercial dispute.
